Report of Weight Loss

Right before I started this blog, I weighed 75.3kgs. With the gym/exercise and control in my diet I have come down to 74.9ks, lost 0.4kgs. Not bad, I guess.

Lunch yesterday was:

– a bed of iceberg lettuce

– 1/4 cup of cooked white rice

– Dal and bottlegourd curry

– Raw plaintain upperi

– Cucumber sticks with a tsp of pumpkin seeds

– 2 fresh dates.
