My Healthy Lunch

This is a recap of yesterday’s lunch.

Lunch consisted of:

– A single layer of iceberg lettuce

– 1/4 cup basmati rice

– 1 fresh date

– 1 tbsp of thawed sweetcorn

– 2tbsps of green moong curry

– 1 spinach and potato cutlet

– 1 tsp of feta

– carrot stick

– 4 black olives

– 1/2 tbsp roasted peanuts

Needless to say lunch was very filling. I didn’t even need my something sweet.

It breaks my heart to know that he’s not going to be this small for long! *sigh*
